Our equipment is designed specifically for our Champs Chicken program. By using the correct equipment (along with consistent products distributed by our company) our products come out consistent batch after batch. We maintain longer holding times in our hot cases because they provide more even air temperatures.
Our BKI fryers and hot cases carry a full two year warranty and all other equipment carries a full one year warranty (within Pro Food Systems, Inc. distribution area).
